YP-Implementation Group Meeting - September 19th 2004, Lisbon, LNEC
The Young Professionals Group met in Lisbon in September to discus the progress of their activities. The meeting was hosted by Manuel Marcos Rita from LNEC, chairman of the 31st PIANC Congress in 2006. His hospitality is gratefully acknowledged. The YP-group reviewed the progress of the action plan and defined new actions for the future. Progress was made concerning participation of YPs in PIANC activities, set-up of a YP-website, set-up of a YP-exchange programme and contributions by YPs to PIANC publications. New actions were defined concerning the representation of YPs in PIANC commissions, participation of YPs in the PIANC congress in 2006 and a technical YP event.
