YP meeting - Palermo, Italy, 29 and 30 September, 2006
Dear YPs,
after some discussions with Elio, we were able to find and fix a date for our next YP-meeting. This was not an easy task since we need to have our meeting before the next ExCOM meeting 22 October. Therefore, we plan to have our next YP-meeting :
29 and 30 September 2006 in Palermo / Italy
from 9:00 a.m.
Elio will give us more details about the organisation (hotel, meeting place, social program) within the next weeks.
Please notice that this meeting is very important for the group. We need to set-up our YP-commission (including selection of chair, co-chair, secretary). In addition we need to set-up an action plan for the next four years (2006 to 2010). You will get the final agenda after my holidays in august. Therefore, we need a very good participation!!!
